merlinĀ® Brand Dealer Loyalty Program
Chamberlain wanted to increase dealer loyalty for their professional consumer brand. Working with 318 Advertising we came up with a complete dealer program including incentive trips and rewards as well as advertising and promotional collateral and uniforms for sales staff and installers.
I was involved with initial client meetings to take the brief on the overall project. The development of the overall project and overseeing a team of 3 designers to create the finished art. This project had a tight deadline due to a launch date into their dealer network so it was critical to complete work quickly and accurately.
Key achievements with this project include the initial concept design for the overall look and feel and then art directing and project managing the rest of the project development and launch through the team of designers as well as engaging printers and manufacturers to produce all of the collateral and engaging sheltered workshops to package all of the elements into the final boxes for distribution to the dealer network.
